The Information Refinery is a truly unique company in the Direct Marketing Industry. Since our inception in 1986 we have remained true to our original goals and standards. We have always realized that our continued success depends on offering services and products that provide more than just excellent value. We take pride in providing a unique combination of services to each and every one of our clients, with the main ingredient being a dedication to dig deep and spend time learning as much as we can about each client's company and their competitive environment so that we can supply insightful solutions designed to deliver great results.
Over the past 20 years we have made sure to continually add many new technologies, tools, and ideas designed to help our clients choose the most efficient methods for disseminating their messages with both power and pinpoint target marketing strategies.
Since direct marketing has changed so much in the last decade, we have expanded our horizons as well. It's not just lists anymore. We search through each of our clients' and prospective clients' websites and sales materials, as well as those of their competitors. We do so in detail, and perform the due diligence that enables us to present our clients with many additional ideas designed to increase their business. We make sure to spend time with each client and ask them the questions that allow us to be certain we understand their true needs.
