Permission-Based Email Files
We manage and broker only permission based email files that comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requirements including those set forth in the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. This means that all email lists managed or brokered by the Information Refinery are permission based and conform to the following FTC provisions:
- No false or misleading header information
- No deceptive subject lines
- Each email must give recipients an opt-out method
- Commercial email must be identified as an advertisement and include the sender's valid physical postal address.
